Health Screenings
Fifth Grade:  Students are screened yearly for vision and hearing problems.  If a problem is detected during screening, a referral letter will be sent home with that student's specific findings.  We request having the referral completed and returned to the clinic.

Sixth Grade:  Students are screened for scoliosis (curvature of the spine).   If an abnormality is seen, a referral letter will be sent home with that student's specific findings.  We request the completed letter to be returned to the clinic.

Heights and Weights are also measured and recorded during the school year for both Fifth and Sixth Grade students.
